Are you part of the carpool this year? If your current car just won’t cut it anymore, here’s why you should consider upgrading to the new Chevy Traverse. It Fits Up to 8 People Forget a dinky sedan that may fit five people; the Chevy Traverse has plenty of room for eight. Plus, all three rows have lots of leg- and headroom, so even taller passengers won’t be cramped in the way back. The seats are very supportive, which means even a long ride on the highway won’t be uncomfortable. While cloth upholstery is standard, you can upgrade to leather. Power-adjustable front seats, heated and ventilated front seats, and heated second-row seats are also available. It Has Tremendous Cargo Room Even if you don’t need to fill your SUV with people, the folks who will be traveling with you may need space for things like boxes, backpacks, or other items. The Chevy Traverse has outstanding cargo capacity: 23 cubic feet behind the rear row, 57.8 cubic feet when it is down, and 98.2 cubic feet with both back rows folded. A bin beneath the cargo floor offers even more space for storage. You can also get a power-folding third-row bench seat and a hands-free liftgate. It Comes Loaded with Tech How do you keep everybody entertained for the duration of the drive? By making sure they can connect to their devices. The Chevy Traverse comes with six USB ports, a Wi-Fi hot spot, Android Auto™, and Apple CarPlay™. You can also outfit yours with a rear-seat entertainment system with or without a DVD player, a 10-speaker Bose® sound system, wireless device charging, and satellite radio. Come take the new Chevy Traverse out for a test drive at Phelps Chevrolet in Greenville.
