2024 Chevy Equinox EV

If you’re looking for a compact SUV that’s easy to drive and comes with many advanced features, the Chevy Equinox is for you. But if you also want one that won’t require you ever to buy gas, the 2024 Chevy Equinox EV is perfect. Here are some early details we have on this upcoming model.

Two Different Motor Choices

You’ll be able to pick how many motors your Chevy Equinox EV comes with. The base model has one that puts out 210 horsepower, while the upper trims have two that combine to generate 290 horsepower. You will have front-wheel drive with the single motor, while the two-motor layout gives you all-wheel drive.

Great Driving Range and Fast Charging Times

You’ll be able to go up to 250 miles when the battery in the base model is completely charged.* The battery in the upper trims is bigger, letting you travel up to 300 miles. You can add 70 miles of range to the Chevy Equinox EV using DC fast charging in just 10 minutes.

Spacious and Tech-Savvy Interior

Up to five people will fit very nicely in the Chevy Equinox EV, and both rows offer a lot of head- and legroom. Available features include power-adjustable and heated front seats. A user-friendly infotainment system with an 11-inch touchscreen is standard, as are wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. A navigation system, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and a 17-inch touchscreen can all be added.

Many Safety Systems

The Chevy Equinox EV comes with many built-in safety features, including:

  • Automatic high-beam headlights
  • Lane departure warning
  • Lane keep assist
  • Automatic emergency braking
  • Optional adaptive cruise control with a hands-free driving mode.
